Game won`t start when using ThirteenAG`s Widescreen Patch (GTA 2 Windows 10 issue)

Hi ya`ll. Happy New Year. So, I just installed GTA 2 from the Rockstar Classics website (https://gta.com.ua/rockstargames-classics-free-download.phtml)

And i decided to play it just right after i installed the game. It ran fine with no issues on 640x480 resolution... But i want the game`s resolution to be my native 1920x1080 resolution (Because of course i`m using a 1080p monitor)

So on Google. I seen about ThirteenAG`s Widescreen Patch. And i heard it sync to your monitor`s resolution. So i installed it. But when i try to run the game. GTA 2 is not even opening. Guys i don`t want to play it on 640x480 screen resolution. I want to play it on

my Monitor`s native resolution. Guys are there any help? Any answers will be really appreciated. Thanks ya`ll
