What is Red Dead Outlawed? Outlawed is a project to create a mod that expands RDR2's map with new regions, states, and towns using the nexus map editor mod. The idea is inspired by the GTA SA mod GTA Underground, which was sadly taken down by the dev in order to avoid getting sued by Take 2. This idea is also inspired by RedMax who recreated RDR1's Mexico in RDR2 using mods. (I will make a discord sometime) The project I'm currently working on is a state called North Elizabeth. The main and only region of NE is the Northern Grizzlies, a very snowy and rocky environment similar to the Grizzlies West. The capital town of NE is Crenshaw Hills. NE is based off of Western Montana and some parts of Idaho. I will post updates about the map.
