SA DE Missing 1 Oyster

I wish I had read this before I started. Lol. There is one that doesn't let you pick it up. It's under the biggest bridge on the right of san Fierro going towards Las venturas. 

 

I swam through it back and forth and it wouldn't pick it up. What a waste of time.

2024 and it still isn't fixed nd you still cant collect all oysters

Is the oyster that can't be picked up spinning?

I'm wondering if you're looking at a stray object leftover from a pickup that is gone.

 

Never mind. I found a video with a spinning oyster that can't be picked up. So that's not it.

If you are playing on PC then upload your save file to GTASnP.com and post the link here. I'll try digging up the pickup info with a hex editor.
