Aircraft camera always locked from behind - The Definitive Edition (PC version)

For some reason on The Definitive Edition (PC version) the camera is always locked behind any aircraft. I cannot use the mouse to rotate the camera around it. This is a severe disadvantage while flying. I do not understand why this was done.

The camera rotation feature  is not disabled on any other type of vehicle; cars, boats, motorbikes, bicycles, etc, but it is for all of the aircraft,

Is there any way to rotate the camera while in an aircraft? On GTA IV it's done by pressing the right mouse button, but that does not work here.

I did discover, however, that by pressing the right mouse button it allows the aircraft to be steered by the mouse.

There is unfortunately no help for it  unless somebody makes a mod for it (if even possible), as it also doesn't work with controller... This was removed by GSG, just like the "tap to sprint even faster" function. >.<
