Which GTA characters didn't get enough screen time or they felt underused?

definitely the main antagonist of liberty city stories. i cant even remember his name.

 

ryder for sure. he was my favorite character out of the main grove street 4. even if he betrayed carl. i think he should have stayed loyal and be an ally to carl. and his death was stupid and even sweet forgets him.

 

i feel like a lot of gta 5 characters had less screen time than they deserve. characters like ron, wade, chef, franklin, devin, stretch, the chengs, o'neils, madrazos, floyd and more. i really wish the story was longer. because there were a lot of cool characters. but they got so little screen time.

Normally, I would also include Stretch within this list too but nah. I think he should be left out of the game entirely and his role should be replaced with D’s if I’m being perfectly honest.

I think badman who with little Jacob from gta 4, Emmet the old man who also a gun owner where CJ and Big Smoke practice their target shooting from one of the missions called "Nines and Ak's" and T-bone Mendez who has few cutscenes then died after along with Ryder at the pier 69. They didn't have enough screentime, They deserved more.

 

Also I forget to mention Angus from TLAD where he only appears two cutscenes I think. He also deserved that more too.
