1. How did Donald Love disappeared in the mission 'Love`s Disappearance'? 

2. Why is GTA 3`s Liberty City so dark?

3. Why does Claude can`t talk nor swim?

4. Is it true that Claude speaks when he falls from a building nor being shot by a gun? (I meant to say pain sounds by Claude)

5. Is it true that Claude died after several GTA Games was released?

Unfortunately, some mysteries will remain a mystery. Hell, if even they don't know why they had that one ped say: "My mother's my sister!", then why do you think anything else will be answered?

Anything else would come down to gameplay design, if Claude wasn't meant to swim around LC, then he just isn't.

To give you a real answer to at least one of your questions, Claude can't swim because the waters surrounding the city are toxic from a recent oil spill.

1. I dunno. Maybe he was assassinated by either the Yakuza or Colombian Cartel offscreen.

2. Uh, because it’s based on NYC which is a very dark city when you really think about it.

3. Because he’s mute and not a sea creature. Who knows? Maybe sea creatures hate him. It happens every now and then with land creatures like humans.

1 - Love is the answer.

2 - Because Nelly decided to turn off the light and Tom decided not to leave a light on.

3 - Claude can't swim because he's white in a 3D-time GTA and he can't talk because talk is silver while silence is gold and he's very greedy.

4 - You can turn on the sound when you're playing you know?

5 - King Courtney should be able to tell you with his voodoo magic.

1- He either took a flight out of Liberty City (for good this time) without a trace, or he got kidnapped and ultimately killed by the Columbian Cartel (Which is more likely)

 

2- Because Liberty City is supposed to be the worst city of America, so they went for a dark and gritty tone to convey that.

 

3- Because he’s the strong silent type, he just wants to do jobs and make money and kill the chica who shot him. Besides, his actions speak for him anyway. Also he can’t swim because of the oil spill that polluted the water and made it toxic.

 

4- He doesn’t speak lmao, but he does groan in pain when he gets damaged.

 

5- According to Rockstar, he’s not dead, but what else became of him is unknown. My guess is he went back to San Fierro or something because every gang in LC want him dead

liberty´s vibe is dark to give it its own personality, kinda like vice city is always sunny and colorful, liberty city has always this cloudy/depressing atmosphere

It's by far the darkest GTA game though. I suppose it appears darker if you contrast it to VC, SA or V. Though maybe it also depends on the console or your brightness settings. In my experience it's gritty enough to be considered dark.

Intentional. The developers wanted it to be that way to fit what Liberty City is like, a place full of crime syndicates, SPANK sellers, etc. You wouldn't wanna live in that area.

He was originally supposed to talk, but since the writers couldn't find anyone to voice him, they decided to change it. As for why he cannot swim, I head-canon LC to have polluted water, seeing as the other 3D Liberty City protagonist (Toni Cipriani) cannot swim as well.

If you're talking about that GTA IV thing then nah, Rockstar addressed that it was "a little joke to our fans". Whether Claude is actually alive or not is based on, y'know, head-canons.

That's not really correct. By the 10th anniversary they spoke about this. In 2001 it wasn't obvious and having speaking protagonist didn't seem to be this important.
