Not sure about their "ban policy" though. To answer your Q, i have never gotten ANY of them to work, but then i havent tried very hard because i bought the game and dont notice any slow-down when the game reads from the "play" cd. "And for the sake of clarity, "warez" includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: ISO copies/Clone CD's, rip-games, and no-CD cracks." I have used NUMEROUS no-cd cracks and i know how to use them, thank you very much. And the executable i grabbed just happed to not work, but i only worry about that sh!t when i have noticable performance issues. I had to use one since even though I had the radio installed, it would still play it from CD - and always with an annoying lag.
