A hidden submarine between Red County and Las Venturas?

Through glitches and cheats, I managed to walk underwater and spawned a Hotring Racer.
I drove the easternmost of Last Venturas to test the car top speed underwater.

Then I arrived on a river between Red County and Las Venturas. There is a submarine there, underwater, not moving at all..
It's not even producing any particle effects either unlike other boats. And it's unenterable just like the one in San Fierro.

Has this ever discovered ther before? Or is it just a spawning bug?
Upon further inspection with a jetpack, the submarine does use the same textures with the one that is stationed in Esplanade North.

Same name, same coloiurs, etc.

Note that the game is almost 100% unmodded minus SilentPatch (for obvious reasons.)

Thoughts?

Just to check, is this between the railway bridge and the LV pier? I have checked the place out but I have only found rocks, no submarines in sight.

This looks like the submarine added to the custom Chain Game saves to mark the Hanky Panky undrowning zone. If you keep exploring you might find a few other CG easter eggs hiding under the interior waterways.

apparently you were right, I tried finding it with vanilla save and it wasn't there.

I didn't knew we could add a new object through save editing, though.
