What Happened To Crack Factory In S.F After YKBB And What Was The Toreno's Job For Sweet?

In the cutscene from YKBB Woozie was talking something like this.. "If you put them out that will be good for business" I think Woozie took over this place.. What is your opinion about it? 

 

In one of the cutscenes Toreno said like "I need him".. Why does Toreno need him? What was the job that he was talking about?

In Yay Ka-Boom-Boom, Woozie saying "if you take that out, it will put them out of business for good" is him just saying that the factory is such a huge part of the operation that destroying it will basically ruin the organisation and it'll take them too long to recover.

 

I'm not sure which cutscene you're talking about with Toreno, but I imagine he needs Sweet alive so he can keep CJ working for him.

Maybe Woozie was feeling uncomfortable about producing/consuming drugs in his city.. In some countries mafia/mob doesn't want any kind of drug in their cities and they are usually busy with gun trafficking
