What's funny is that, even as a joke, they couldn't even be arsed to do even that. Literally a few changes like changing Beer and Whiskey in bars to "Eggnog" changing a new spawn tables and modelling one item that would take them a day.   I have seen the joke going around that R* will announce a PS5/Series X version of RDR2 at The Game Awards and now, a little of me thinks it's not a joke.
