I'm sure most people have noticed this on other platforms but just wanted to confirm it here too, as of the latest patch [1.03] the vehicle help text/submission text never goes away, in the originals this would be a text box that vanishes after a few seconds but here it feels like a new design choice that frankly doesn't fit, we don't always need to have this text on screen, either having this vanish after a few seconds like in the original OR having it be a gameplay option to toggle on or off would be better:
