It isn't in the PS2 version, or rather it's hidden in the interior universe. You can't access it normally. They just reused the LS tattoo shop for the SF one in the PS2 version. triks Posted December 7, 2021 Share Posted December 7, 2021 (edited) You're correct, however in saying that, Rockstar actually fixed the missing San Fierro Tattoo Parlor when San Andreas was released a year later on the original Xbox and PC (circa 2005.)
