Does anybody toggle almost all cheats and create mayhem in the city then enjoy it , shoot people, cops, anything?

You are not alone.. but i'm not one of them.. besides i hate cheats because they ruins the whole progress.. especially that "WASD" cheat

Easy.. just need some tweaks on some vehicles, a lot of Shooting/Driving Skills BEFORE completing some hard missions

I think it's silly to say "True GTA player don't use cheats" because, for one, they're implemented into the game by the devs themselves and secondly, anyone can play as they want. I think a true GTA player lets other players enjoy the game as they see fit.

As long you don't enable the riot mode or any ped/traffic related cheat I don't see anything wrong with using cheats even during the story. Everyone did this, from the PS2 to the PC version.

 

If you play the story without using cheats you're not a "pro", "true" or a "l33t" player, you're just playing the game as Rockstar intended. That's it.

 

Let's stop with this unnecessary elitism now, please.

I haven't used cheats in years. In the distant past I used the health and weapons cheat, and something in Vice City for getting nice girls into my car. But that was a long time ago. When freeroaming it's somewhat of challenge to lose the cops, but usually possible to do fairly. Cheats would significantly reduce risk, and tag the save game with the annoying warning. Never encountered the Wasd cheat because I move with the arrow keys.

I never used any cheats until I competed SA 100%. And after that... only used them a handful of time to be honest.

 

The one I use regularly is the jetpack cheat, helps with testing the mods.

I already ran the streets of Los Santos with a 6 stars wanted-level with the riots activated and I can guarantee Baghdad looked like a haven in comparison.

I don't use cheats if I'm playing through the storyline missions, there is no need to.

 

I use cheats in free-roam gameplay or roleplay, but not too many though. I just use simple, less-advantageous cheats like quickly teleporting from one area to another, spawning a car, weapon etc, changing clothes, or loosing money. Most of the cheats I use are mainly for help with testing mods.
