Make sure you are not to far back from the machine. You have to be facing the machine itself. Press Up, Left, Down, Right, Right, Down, Left, Up, Square, Circle, R2, R1, L1, L2, Triangle, Square, Square, Square. I found this cheat only works if you do it fast.
