Oh, right, it was the Administrator part that I thought might work, as the Rockstar Classics version normally installs itself to Program Files (x86), which requires admin permission to edit. You could try running it in 640x480 compatibility mode. Carl_Speed YT
@jm-9 @FulVal85 I heard that Toshiba-3 released a well-working version of GTA 1 for Windows Systems. But it didn`t work fine on me. It kept crashing, stuttering and lagging. Even though the resolution is at 32-Bit. I bet this is an issue with my system. Since on others` computer it works fine. Even though i clicked "Run in 640x480 videomode" I kept getting the error, I even clicked disable fullscreen optimizations, I installed GTAFixer, I ran it as administrator, Reinstalled game but it didn`t got fixed... The error started to come up right after I installed the game. They said to fix it: "Launch GTA Settings.exe as an administrator, click save then launch Grand Theft Auto.exe" But the error still appears. I got the game from the Rockstar Classics website. `Cuz like i said. Toshiba-3`s GTA 1: Max Pack isn`t working fine on my system which is Windows 11. I probably try the Original 1997 Release for Windows 11. But the issue is: It doesn`t have music that can play. A CD Image might do. But i`m not sure about this. I wonder if there are any patches available to download. Using ThirteenAG`s Widescreen Fix doesn`t stretch the main menu of the game. And the game keeps getting an FPS issues. Such as frame-dropping. This might be an issue with ThirteenAG though (I bet). Edited January 31 by Carl_Speed YT
