I get booted after starting

I'm using a more modern PC with windows 10. I remember playing it on PC 4 years ago before I upgraded. I tried a lot of fixes online but some are for low end PCs.

Any time I start it opens with a black screen and ends program before the pre credits start. Someone said might be a commandline issue but I wouldn't know where to start.

PC Specs

 

CPU: i7 9700K

GPU: 2080 RTX

Motherboard: Rog Strix Z390-H

32 GB Ram

 

 

Last fix I tried was from a yt channel. Any suggestions? Just wanna replay with mods.
