homercles Posted May 24, 2003 Share Posted May 24, 2003 So i didnt find anything with the search (which is now working ) and the only two FAQs/walkthroughs i found have said, "You have to use the heli- for this mission," and "Get the tank, then..." WTF, there has to be a way to finish this this mission with "normal/readily available" vehicles. I mean, jezus, that RC heli- mission was hard, but this....ugh. Im about to try it with a Patriot. I Shot Ya Posted May 24, 2003 Share Posted May 24, 2003 When you first approach the junkyard in a Car ram through the barricade you'll b under a hail of bullets. Your car will catch fire then quickly hop out and let your car explode taking about 6 or 7 guys with it. coolguy Posted May 24, 2003 Share Posted May 24, 2003 Uzi 9mm with lots of Ammo will easily get you past this mission, take your time (but not too slow) and keep hitting the aim button to check there are no gang members round you, also watch out for the one on top of the crane thing...he's a idiot and will probably help you fail the mission Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I went to the airport to look for it, but it must appear after some mission. Also, shortly after my post i finished this mission with the Patriot. Although, i did discover that getting away from Diaz's guys is actually the easy part. I dont know why it was so hard before. I literally just backed the Patriot up to the entrance and Lance and i jumped in and just drove away. I guess this means the driving "AI" can really mean "artifical ignorance" those guys couldnt get turned around and never gaught me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
