Recently stumbled across a GTA: San Andreas iceberg, really curious about one thing

At the bottom of the iceberg there is an entry that reads "Every copy of San Andreas is personalized." This peaked my interest and I tried looking more into it but couldn't find anything so I figured I'd come here, has anyone heard of San Andreas being personalized to the user or anything of sorts? Thanks.

The bottom 3-4 tiers of the iceberg is mostly just made up and insane stuff that has never existed/has never been discussed. Same goes for the Barack Obama or the Nintendo World thing I think. Don't see too much into it.

Figured as much, most of it does seem like BS. The personalized copy idea just seemed very interesting and I'm curious as to how the OG creator of the iceberg even thought of such an idea, maybe read something somewhere or perhaps had there been discussions regarding personalized copies, who knows.

Yeah, this iceberg is kinda confusing. It's got loads of obviously fake sh*t at the top like Ryder and Big Smoke's ghost. But then these very obviously debunked theories keep travelling all the way down. Like SAMP doxxing and murders. Wtf?

I think whoever made this iceberg just wanted to do what everyone else is doing and added that entry in, I always see this one in every Video Game iceberg I saw.
