That would let you mod vehicles in garages that shouldn't? It involved a stored phone call and something about airports. I did it a very long time ago (many years), but i forgot how and i cannot find the relative videos at all! I already went through your guides (for reviewing on the special vehicles guide and how to get them), i read a small description of newer method right there but i didn't understand it well without exhibition and... I only managed to find a video for Transfender only, which needs a girlfriend phone call, that is very hard to come by (plus, i need the Loco Low more).

 

I humbly request some info on that specific exploit. I apologize for my inability to find it myself and imposing on you all, since i just came here and all.

Normally almost all vehicles have mod option but it's disabled.. If you are using PC you can download this trainer and paint your truck/van/bike whatever with modification menu on gameplay..  This trainer also saves from you to not doing difficult stuff and glitching your file
