The list of fixes in this update is large but I noticed that the rain is still nasty, the invisible bridge has not been fixed and the audio cut on radios still happens.

Same on PC! At first I thought it might be because I use a save file that started right at release, but also starting a new game shows no change...

PC patch hasn't been released AFAIK
