Screenshots missing

i wonder if Rockstar can delete screenshots taken from the game. i do NOT mean the ingame gallery. talkig about those i took via ShareButton on PS4/PS5.

for example: i've taken several pictures of the Flying Saucer inside the Fort Zancudo hangar (Special Halloween Cargo events: bring parts to the Omega).

All those screenshots are now gone and i know for sure i have not deleted them.

 

anyone have similiar experience / same issues?

Did you actually view the screenshots after you'd taken them, or did you just assume they'd saved?

Does Sony have a limit on how many screenshot they'll host for you? Microsoft does and once you reach the limit you'll have to delete screenshots to make room for the new ones.

They're all stored locally on PS4, so the only limit is your hard disk size.

I see. Its both on Xbox, I thought it might be the same case for the PS.

OP i think they probably failed to save, i have well over 60 screenshots and videos of the halloween event saved on the console and a bunch of unedited videos on the rockstar editor.

 

so, no R* didnt delete your screenshots

checked again everything and found it

 

the thing is: i did made a picture with the cell and saved it in the ingame gallery.

 

feel pretty stupid about the topic now but appriciate every single answer and attemp to help. thanks a lot.
