I find that the "early area exploit" in "Drive By" still works.  When told to get in there car to do a drive by with the others,  do NOT get in car,  go get in a different car and go to airport and steal plane and you can fly to the other areas without getting ANY wanted stars. 

This worked in OG version and works in the new.

When trying to increase your weapons skills, In the OG version,  you were able to shoot the exact center of the wheel of a car or motorcycle and keep shooting at that spot to rapidly increase the skill, that does not work anymore, the best way to rapidly increase skill is to shoot at your car in YOUR garage, set it on fire, and slowly back out of garage to let door close just after it explodes, reopen garage and your car is good as new, keep repeating this until you get hitman skill. It should not be long.

Or you could just let people play how they want and not make flippant comments for no reason. It's a sandbox game. Lighten up. You'd have a brain aneurysm if you found out how half of our members play.

I DON'T USE CHEAT CODES,  I DO USE THE EXPLOITS I CAN FIND BUT NEVER CHEAT CODES

If you drive a race in the Trilogy San Andreas you can drive-by destroying all racing vehicles that do not spawn again and you can be the first to drive through the target
