New car wheels for GTA SA:DE soon

Hi, im working on replacing all car wheels of GTA SA:DE for some more realistic, HD, re-textured and remodeled. I started doing this because ive managed to change every wheel of GTA VC:DE (It will be updated soon for better detailed ones) and i want to do something better and more polished than that mod.

What i want is the help of the community to decide what wheels i can make. 

Here some examples on what i might make:

Bring your suggestions (Its easier if you put the names of the wheels you want for further search)

wonder if roads will be done as well like they have been for gta 3 and vice

well i can do that yes. But i want to make them different first. This is all a learning experience for me and i want to learn more complex things first before doing simple remasters.

After seeing your answer I decided to shoot my shot and remodel the slamvan wheel. I didn't find anything simple, especially the UV part lol

looks nice. im having a hard time with the special wheels cause they use some sort of Generic Texture called T_vehiclegeneric or something and its pissing me off cause i dont know how to make custom materials. well tutorial it goes

I had the same problem, until I gave up and used the original texture. It still looks good.

(Both are using the same texture, the one on the right has different color and a higher roughness)

so you just make a new model and asign the VehicleGeneric material?

Yea, assign "MI_vehicletyres128" and "MI_VehicleGeneric_Chrome" to each smoothing group(1 for tire, 2 for rim). But the real secret to look good is in the UV, mine is like this:

That green dot is this:

This gray dot is where 3 things happen together:

  • The metalness layer is at 1
  • The roughness layer is as close to zero as possible
  • The diffuse layer is at its closest point to white
     

The end result is the metal effect
