[SA:DE] Keyboard not working fix for Win 7 users?

I've tried but no avail, the game doesn't register any keyboard key press except ESCAPE, and x360ce also doesn't work. They both work fine on Windows 10 and & 11. Has anyone managed to make them work on Windows 7? If so then please let me know how.

 

Edit : C & V are working, but I Still can't remap them. CJ Can Crouch and I can change the Camera Zoom. But nothing else.
