Need Help!!!GTA IV the complete edition modding issues

Hello everyone 

i recently decided to start replaying gta iv and decided to install some car mods since i dont like its default cars .i replaced a bunch of cars and when i load the game game is still using the old textures and spawns its default vehicles or keeps spawning taxi and i used taxi bug fix and it still kept spawning default cars . since its the complete edition i doubted things and i started TBOGT dlc and i saw bunch of Ford mustang that i recently installed i stole the car and after 1 minute game stopped spawning them . but when i use trainer on niko side to spawn vehicles it spawns the model i used but game still spawns the default .and when i tried to use custom music game deosnt play those mp3 files i used .its a weird thing if scripts and asi loader didnt work then taxi and trainer scripts souldnt have worked in the first place.Can Someone Help me Please??
