Massive clippings over at the North side of Mt. Chilliad

Recommended Posts

I was just cruising around Mt. Chilliad, minding my own business.

When suddenly, i got hit by the worst clipping i've ever seen.

I've seen massive clippings in this remaster before, but this is outrageous.
Hopefully all the clippings (Including this one) gets fixed in the future because this is starting to get annoying.

I believe this whole area has been added by Grove Street Games to 'enhance' the visual side of the game. All of the new objects I have seen in the game have no collisions and therefore you tend to clip through it. That applies to rocks and various vegetation (trees for example).

The exact same "issue" is present in the Sanchez race in the LV arena, where parts of the track have bumps to increase the difficulty cornering there at high speed, but they are not solid. So the race is way too easy...

It looks like GSG updated the graphics but not the collision here; What did this area look like in the original game?

Yeah, they should've fixed this and updated the collision model to match the rocks.
