I never played LCS and I want to. Although I don't know whether to emulate it on PSP or PS2.
What is the difference? which is better?

Personally I'd emulate LCS on PPSSPP and upscale the resolution to your native display. Plus if you're going to be doing Car Salesman odd job and reach level 9 you'll get a snow weather effect which is only exclusive to the PSP version.

By the way, which edition is better?
USA or Europe?

As far as I know USA and Europe versions are the same, the only difference being are the release dates. USA was released on the 24th October 2005, and Europe released on 4th November 2005.
