[Mission] Riot spawns two trucks if you attempt to destroy one too early

In the mission Riot, if you attempt to "speedrun" it by destroying one of the vans before starting the actual riot, another one will spawn on top of the remaining van, and eventually glitch out. If you happen to start the riot while the glitch is happening, both vans will be marked to destroy, even with the first one having been destroyed.
