San Andreas is available on PC again! Does anybody know what changes were made?

So they finally have brought back SA DE to PC, patched of course. Does anybody know what they have changed apart from the official reason, maybe new fixed textures, bugs, maybe CJ now when buff has the correct animation, not the skinny animation? :)
