Callahan Bridge invisible collision

The invisible collision wall at the start blocks vehicles but not the player. It also not a complete wall has some bits will still block the player as well.

Can confirm this issue in the current PC build (1.0.0.14337), seems to happen as long as Staunton Island is locked. There is an invisible collision for the player in the middle of the road, but for a vehicle it's the whole road.

Updating this, it looks like the problem is that the barrier model doesn't render in free roam but the collision does. I saw it appear correctly during The Fuzz Ball.

They came and went as they pleased in my game while Staunton was stilll locked. Never saw any rhyme or reason to it.

The barricades blocking the road to the Callahan Bridge before unlocking Staunton Island sometimes disappear. The hit box remains however, stopping the player from driving through. 
 

Seems to happen more often when on a mission. (PS4 version)
