Be-Deliver Posted November 14, 2021 Share Posted November 14, 2021 (edited) Did you edit "LaunchWithPlayGTAIV=0" line from 0 to 1 in the ZolikaPatch.ini file? That is the argument that will let you boot GTA IV with patch 7 or 8 through the Steam executable.
