Paramedic - Still hard and annoying AF

If I ever do it again, I'm doing it before completing ANY missions. Honestly, it seems like the DE was a bit more tough than the PS2 & Mobile versions.

Doesn't get much easier because you can still flip that ambulance pretty easily. I know I have managed to fail the paramedic mission like 5 times each playthrough cuz I flipped the ride over. And the time limit is tough on the first few levels.

You get 20 seconds to get to them and 20 extra to get them to the Hospital .

Just do it before the gang hostilities are triggered. Same with the other vehicle missions.

Edit: NVM, OP actually stated that there is no hostile gang at the moment.
