Question: is it possible to mod new radio stations with their own icons and stuff or does it have to go over the games tracks? In which case....couldn't mod over the talk show for example?

Ill do you one better. Here's a video. (This is with the normal distance, not the high distance version. With the high distance you can still see all the map at once in most some places)

didnt vice city had body outlines when you kill someone and once it disappears you get the outline of the body like a crime scene? can we restore that?

 GTA 3 had that but my memory is fuzzy on VC having it. Seems like it would but don't remember, funny enough.

Anyone notice on GTA 3 you used to be able to hit someone and hide behind another person and get them hit and they would fight it out and now on the DE they just stare at each other? They will punch a bit but not usually fight to the death like the original game. Be nice if that could be fixed too at some point.

Yeah thats what I used as well, from that site also where I followed those tutorials. I just drag and drop it onto the bat file but I get that error message, I'm trying to pack something I made and it just doesn't work.

Any way to see the game models ? When I open a "SM" file in FModel, it opens the model viewer but we can't see anything :dontgetit:

In UE4 you need to create Material Instance with the same name (MI_Uzi), and assign it on model. This material instance is reference to original MI_Uzi. After that you save all and cook. Then delete MI_Uzi in cooked folder, it was needed as reference to original MI_Uzi you already have in the game. I have tried, no texture, here you can see: Imgur

it's the uasset file can't take texture

Double click on your model in UE4, material slots, in this you have 1 slot, assign material instance in this slot

someone on this thread said that he disabled vsync and unlocked framerate in-game and then turned on vsync in nvidia control panel, i followed the same steps and it did the job for me

Just started making sounds mods (to try), the weapons sound have no particular names :/

Is there a list already existing for them ? For example S_004 + something else = AK47 :dontgetit:

So what is the point of packing mods into .pak files if loose files can (reportedly) be loaded too?

If you change texture, in project it need to be placed in right path like Content -> GTA3 -> Textures -> Weapons       BEFORE cook files
