Newly, after failing the mission in the House Party mission of OG Loc, when selecting replay from the checkpoint, I found a problem that the walking operation of the character does not work.

This happened even after restarting the game.  

It is not known if the same problem will occur in other missions.

Sadly I will not be purchasing this trilogy.  I'm so disappointed in the way it looks, feels, and handles.  Its a better looking (ignoring the awful character models) and worse performing version of my favourite childhood game.  Why would Rockstar let the same company who butchered the mobile versions make a "definitive" version?  How did that conversation even happen?  "Hey guys, I know you royally f*cked up the first time with your sh*tty mobile port, but we will give you another shot with our legacy games."  Who made that decision?   Honestly it would've been more acceptable if Rockstar paid the modders for their work and then sold it, which is still wrong, but at least the product would've been quality.  What we got was sh*t practice and sh*t quality.

Yeah, and I also like the fact they're selling all 3 at once at full price of €60 and not even selling them seperately. They did that sh*t on purpose and they probably knew the final product is already sh*t so one of them be like "hey guys, we royally f*cked up again lol sorry but not sorry, anyway, modders are better than us so let's put all 3 GTA's in one and force-sell it at full HAHAHAHAHAHA" Those who loves this sh*t must be very young (and stupid lol)

I hear GTA 3 DE isnt that bad, so if they ever get sold separately I might pick it up for like $10 one day.  Otherwise I just wont buy any of them.  I have the original files for GTA VC, SA, VCS, and LCS on my jailbroken PS3 (I do have the discs for PS2, not pirated) so I can play the real games whenever I want.

Yeah thats because in the mobile port you didn't have to tap to run (I think), and you didn't have to tap to pedal faster.

 

This version really seems to be a port of that f*cking mobile disgrace. I remember back then in the hype thread, I made a joke about the remasters being a mobile port. Jesus f*cking christ.

Man. Hearing and seeing all of these glitches, bugs and overall gameplay issues is dissapointing. I honestly wished the Rockstar Studio team were the ones developing this "Definitive Edition". Especially Rockstar Dundee, those guys have some better development background with them making Crackdown 1 and 2 as well as helping with development/porting for the Master Chief Collection.

It seems like GSG hasn't learned a thing from their previous ports of San Andreas from 7 years ago... It's also Rockstar's fault for constantly trusting GSG for their work, (which why they probably haven't aqquired them yet), maybe Rockstar Leeds could've done the mobile ports of the trilogy while improving/adapting gameplay features and fixing bugs tying to the framerate, especially for San Andreas, since they given us LCS and VCS. They know ins and outs of RenderWare as much as Rockstar North.

Other than that. I'm not buying this "Definitve Edition" it's not worth $60.

Mount Chiliad has now roads where you "sink" too, but you can still drive smoothly over those parts, unlike here

And the near wooden bridge below disappears when you touch it. It comes back if you go back to a certain distance

I'm disappointed to find out and announce first hand that the Gallery (Camera Roll / Photo Album) feature is once again missing from San Andreas, just like in the mobile remaster.

 

Yes we have screenshots nowadays; however having that in-game gallery of photos, snapped by CJ with the actual camera, was a really neat feature that had no reason to be removed.

You can also see inside CJ's head near walls.

 

 

Also you disappear when looking at the mirror with a camera.

As a GTA3 era connoisseur, and as a person who purchased GTASA on PS2 during midnight launch, AND as someone who has played GTASA over 1000s of hours of pure enjoyment... all I can say after reading all of these complaints/glitches is that GTA:DE is DEAD ON ARRIVAL. To think that I logged on to this site after 10 years of no activity just to share the excitement. So terribly sad for everyone.

The Advanced Driveby Aiming cheat doesn't seem to work Ive tried entering it several times now

 

Stuck with this weird new driveby shooting now I guess. So far its seemed to know which direction I wanted to shoot, I dunno though

It's actually worse than a mod and this is coming from a person that usually doesn't like mods since they are almost always over the top and unpolished.

The cinematic cam in cars is missing. I had high hopes of at least getting a nice screenshot of CJ sitting in car with the homies. It’s the mobile version they used. That sucks.
