Are there really people who think it is actually good?

I could mention a lot of points, but they were already mentioned here.

Certainly, there was either not put great effort into the development or the developers did not have enough time, either way it is the big middle finger to gamers type policy by R* / T2.

 

I would not even complain about smaller bugs (such as misplaced objects), but they managed to totally destroy the feeling, vibe, however you would like to call it, of San Andreas (Multiple factors lead to that, the not existing fog and weather (including the weird rain) and making the game more casual (hell no mission in San Andreas was actually difficult) are probably the heaviest of them).

 

I find it rather ridiculous, not to say pathetic that a studio that gets a budget to work with including employees being paid only manages to release something with an upgraded engine that looks far worse than what mod creators have offered in the years old engine while R* / T2 very aggressively has taken action against these mod creators, even such who were creating mods that really had not been a direct competitor at any point.

Honestly, it is very sad for an outstanding game such as GTA San Andreas to sort of die (because as far I know, the old version cannot be purchased anymore) to be replaced by such an unworthy remake.

 

I am glad that I had decided before to play it at a friends place and I am not going to buy it, and I cannot even say that I am in any way disappointed, because it really quite has turned out as I had expected it to turn out.

Sure, I think it would actually be a better social commentary to leave these kind of voice lines the game tbh.

I'm just saying that the term fat when describing a person is always a slander, despite the person possesses fat. You wouldn't call a person with cancer tumor "cancer" either.

We had two serious cancer cases in family and you are comparing this to status of body you can made by you own bad decisions.

I have grandma, I woke up every day at 6:00 am. Guess what for? Because he is almost blind thanks to diabetes second stage and I need to inject her with insuline every day till her death.

 

 

 

She made really bad decisions, he drinks limonades all day for few years. She not listened to us. Now he is borderline blind(Read what diabetes do to human body), takes every day four shots from insuline pen. Its gross for me to do this(Bordeline narcotics taking, four shots into body every day.), but there is no point of turn back. She destroyed her life, and now she is destroying even of our family(Diabetes can trigger mental health problems like serious never ending depression) .

 

 

 

 

 

Fat, obesity is nothing we can be positive. We must destroy this wrong minding by any cost! There is no way to tell people that be fat is OK and people are fatphobic by pointing this.

GTA:SA learns me that fat CJ is useless in every way except mocking. Thats right!

 

 

 

P.S.:Please dont end like my Grandma! Take a walk at least a hour a day, you are doing it for yourself not for others! Drink water when possible! Eat junk food only when necessary.

While I agree with you in spirit, I would like to point out that people don't respond the same way to different kinds of rhetoric:

Mockery can achieve positive results, but is just as likely to worsen a persons state of mind, just as flattery can get you close to some people while pushing others away.

 

Then, of course, there are those who are immunized against any kind of argument, be it rational or irrational (like your grandmother, if you don't mind my saying so)... those people are truly lost.

You know C* is Mr. Fuk's Rice Boxed when players--fed up with being unable to reliably play/launch the broken vanilla -- are able to d/l and play the cracked version for free. With minimal issues.... 

 

THANK GOD I still have my original 2005 DVD disks. And all the mods before this POS DE edition went live in the store. 

 

My old  school DVD version didn't have any of the issues C* exclusive online login version is suffering from.  Based on their drip feeding DLC  trends in GTAO, I expect GTAO to continue wobbling along on. Afflicted with all of its toxic peer to peer security network holes for another 5yrs or so.   Which means there is no hope for GTA 6.

 

I expect GTA6 will be a live service game.

 

C* is finished.

Haha. Rockstar's deliberate move to ensure they maximised sales and got 100% market profit share from the Trilogy backfired tremendously...

 

– Takedown user mods which improve the original game and actually drive new customers to purchase their game? Check.

 

– Release minimal pre-release information and only showcase heavily-edited tidbits to drive sales? Check.

 

– Release the game exclusively on the Launcher to earn 100% profit, disallow single player mods, and enforce DRM and "maintenance." Check.

 

Launcher (and games) go offline day one, without a genuine explanation to people who couldn't access their games. Days go by, and still nothing but smoke and mirrors.

 

During those crucial first days, wherein Rockstar had anticipated to gain immense profit because of their 'anti-consumer' like practices in the lead up to the release, many people refunded their inaccessible copies – all the while, the cracked versions circulating all over the internet were being downloaded and were fully playable.

 

How can it be that customers couldn't play their purchased games, but pirates could? Also goes to show that DRM hurts not only the customers, but the company itself – the pirates aren't affected at all...

Lol IGN gave the trilogy a 5/10. Hopefully Take 2 will take notice of the reviews and put some resources into getting this fixed up.

Seems you missed the memo.

 

You see, GSG's Definitive Edition IS 100% built on that 2013 mobile port freak show from hell. 

 

Per Kotau:

Which explains abnormal, non Newtonian DE physics like CJ failing to sink underwater---after falling a hundred feet from aircraft with no parachute.

 

Old School dinosaur 2003 era SA had the physics RIGHT. If he didn't die, CJ re-appeared underwater as he should. Instead of bobbing like a cork on the surface (mobile rendition).

 

IMO it's either the DE mobile port physics is truly the FUBAR college intern project it is.
