I guess nobody talked about this. I don't know if this is a new feature or not but lights (and neon ones) are always on even during the day. It's a common problem for all three games. It looks weird. 

Do your Packer looks like this too?

So this bug is still in there? There is basically a zone around that whole golf area that goes to the bridge that prohibits the game from spawning any other cars than the golf carts. That's why we rarely seen any normal traffic on the bridge near the golf course.  But there is a small area at the golf course, that, when you enter it, will spawn real traffic instead of the golf cars on the golf course. Seems this bug is still in there and maybe even worse than before?

 

We now can say for sure: They ported everything into Unreal engine including all of the bugs and didn't bother fixing them at all. These bugs are known for 15+ years... That's why people call this whole DE thing half arsed.

That probably means the 'beach' Top Fun van is still 'broke' then.

 

Has anyone tried looking for that yet, that will be the ultimate test if the bugs have all been imported from the previous game.

It's not game breaking but, game still needs a major fix.

ALL the Lifeguard shacks on Vice Beach are green.

The wrong Comet is in Vice City DE. They have featured the San Andreas version of the Comet in Vice City, instead of the proper Vice City version. It is very similar to the Beta model, from what I can find. It may have been an oversight?

I know this isn't a bug. But I don't know where it fits, so I'm leaving it here.

Yeah, that's xbox version comet.

That's a shame. I preferred the original Comet :/ 

On Nintendo Switch version 1.0.3 (handheld):

  • Apartment 3c has 3 doors in the interior, makes it so there is a black screen when you enter the apartment and you need to move the camera to see
  • Stallion car makes strange noises when parked
  • Tommy is slightly invisible for 1 second after exiting a vehicle
  • Game crashed during Demolition Man (while killing the construction workers for the accomplishment)
  • The stairs in the building during the Demolition Man mission are not actually stairs, and there is some clipping issues where the floor doesnt match
  • One of the construction workers (with a gun) falls through the building and is stuck inside of a wall on the ground floor. It is possible to kill him since he partially phases through the wall, but cannot get out
  • The waypoint line for navigation on the minimap does not match up with the map, and sometimes glitches out
  • Guardian Angel mission is bugged, once you reach the vantage point, the HUD disappears and nothing can be done (specifically walked into the marker without a weapon equipped. Tried the mission again with the Kruger equipped and it worked)
  • Loading a save sometimes mutes all game audio until you pause and unpause
  • Map/minimap is not correct around the perimeter of the stadium
  • Visual artefacts in motion around objects (most noticable around lightposts and traffic lights)
  • Lag spikes while jumping in and out of water (due to the particle effects)
  • Extremely low FPS when in the Cafe during the cutscene for the Stunt Boat Challenge mission
  • Infernus explodes extremely quickly, not normal behaviour (happens on all platforms)

Somehow managed to f*ck up wanted levels in Vice City. No pictures, but I managed to free-wheel a 6 star wanted level because the game forgot what the f*ck the army is and only spawned cops and Vice Squad.

This was already 'bugged' on the PS4 (PS2 Edition) of the game mostly because cheat codes were used on the save.

 

I never got that trophy as a result of the cheat codes but if it's not had any cheat codes entered then it would seem to be a legit bug.

Yes, but I didn't get a chance to keep playing because the PC versions were yeeted from existence. I would expect a crash shortly after a visual bug like that. Might even be a graphics driver crapping out which usually results in a game crash or driver crash.

Had a long play session up to Gun Runner in one sitting with this bug persisting. No crash. Tried experimenting with City Glow Effect in the settings, no result.

 

Also, Gun Runner cannot be completed because there is no way of breaking the boxes. They just keep floating in the air and spinning.

One strange issue I've had today is sound totally missing after loading the game. Same happens both after initial load and if loading a save file. Dropping into the map and back restores audio, though.

 

Also had a weird issue of the lifeguard shacks popping in and OUT(!) just in front of me. Moving just s tiny amount causes them to pop in or out again 

 

Like other I've also came across lots of places where the character or vehicles sink into the ground.

The sounds issue I have had this a couple times after restarting a mission.

Incorrect / Missing RIms

This is so weird, in GTA III and SA DE the rims are almost identical to the original ones but in VC the rims are incorrect in many cars, and the rims of the Banshee/Infernus are missing.
