widescreen how to fix i have sampaddon and not work :(

hello people I need help, mostly I installed sampaddon in gta with I went to the samp server and the widescreen will not work it says that on On when I change it to Off nothing happens be the same narrow screen and I can not shoot well with such a screen , I tried to insert a widescreen fix but it doesn't work, I don't have cleo, I have sampfuncs but it doesn't work again ... here is picture :  https://imgur.com/a/ws8fy5i
