Heaps of them. I have seen regular cops, bearded cops, mixed cops. I haven't been able to stay alive along enough around the army to tell you for sure but I think so. Also happens with other peds.

I just looked up the wiki and vending machine on VCS was vey different than the one on DE. That one was straight off taken from GTA 4 or 5. I mean, going through this thread make me realize a lot of continuity mess. Like GTA 5 NPC on Reece's barber, FlyUS and Vespucci beach in GTA 3 and Cluckin Bell's poster was straight rip off from 4.

 

About the Stories, as soon as I found out they didn't even bother to make Vic looks closer to his VCS counterpart, I already had my doubt

We haven't had the chance to put our hands in the PC version. But I don't think these videos looks any different from what I saw on YouTube streams, unless you have proof.

A bit dramatic but there are definitely incentives to giving a good score. 

 

Again, this stuff does absolutely go on especially with influencers on Youtube and Twitch but for major review outlets, eh, I doubt it my self.

 

Exposing something like that would be huge for sites like IGN, Kotaku etc. And again, there's a lot of good investagative journalists out there now who have lots of sources around the industry who could investigate stuff like this, and probably have done.

 

I mean if Ash is told that there's pressure from Take-Two for media outlets to shy away from reporting on the OpenIV situation then it's not really a jump to think that there'd also be people queuing up to journalists like Jason Schreier with info on how Take-Two are directly or indirectly bribing major review outlets for good scores.

 

We also live in an era now with game reviews where outlets LOVE to pile on the hate for games, look at stuff like Anthem and Fallout 76, they got absolutely crucified at launch and sure they were bad games (at launch, I hear FO76 is better now) there was a lot of crowd pleasing in those reviews, and not publisher pleasing. One of those games was published by EA as well, who are as dirty as they come.

The press is never paid off, I mean if they were paid off then that meant they are actually worth something. Nope, this is all being bought by companies sending sh*tty presents like "exclusive" collector's editions and giving them early access to stuff.
