Problem with Renderhook and Reshade

I recently installed Renderhook and Reshade 90's Atmosphere for GTA SA and I haven't been able to start the game. Any time I try starting the game it opens the device selection window and doesn't allow me to change the display resolution. When I click "OK", the window closes and the game doesn't start. Does anyone know how to fix this?

My specs are:

-Intel Core i7

-NVidia GeForce GTX 1660TI

-16 GB RAM

-6 GB VRAM

-1 TB SSD
