My first map modification for GTA3 is nearly completed

I attempted to make my first map modification for GTA3, but game engine can't contain many items. It got crashed while loading until I find a useful tool that can let the dream come true. I run LCLimitAjuster(CE) to edit GTA3.exe, increasing the limit for in-game objects. Now I can load GTA3 properly without freezes/crashes on the loading screen when I start a new game.

 

 

I'll release links for downloading, if my first map modification is nearly completed.
