Hi everyone

I have a problem with rockstar launcher, rockstar game service kept asking for permission everytime i launch the game, i have tried reinstalling rockstar social club and rockstar launcher i even deleted rockstar games folder in documents, last time i had this problem i had to reinstall my pc but i kept the game in the D drive i only wipe the C drive and the problem is solved, i don't want to reinstall my pc again because i have a lot of important files now on C drive.

Here is the video of the problem.

It's not shown in the video but i kept getting this notification every seconds when i launch the game and then eventually the launcher tells me that there is an error.

- Its really weird that Steam takes over 40 seconds to start the R* launcher, it should take maybe 5 seconds, not 40.
- Are you clicking yes on that popup? or are you clicking no? if you are clicking no there is your problem, you need to click yes. (it needs permission to create some files like game configuration)
- Most software really doesn't like it when you re-install Windows, in general you should also re-install the software (in this case GTA5) to make sure it works with your latest Windows installation. Before you do that, with a bit of luck you wont have too, make sure to read the suggestion below.
- I dont know what version of Windows you use but that looks like you use Windows Vista or Windows 7 with some Windows 10 skin???? if at all possible, use Windows 10.
- You should try the below suggestion tomorrow, the whole R* network is currently having issues, nobody can play any of their games right now, should be fine again tomorrow

My suggestion:
1] Inside Steam right-click "Grand Theft Auto V" in the list of games on the left, then click "Properties..."
2] In the window that comes up, click "LOCAL FILES" on the left
3] In the "LOCAL FILES" section click the "Verify integrity of game files..." button

What that does is make Steam check all your files, if anything is wrong, it will re-download it (but ONLY those specific files instead of the whole game) and after that it will make sure that the game is properly installed. With a bit of luck you can use this to get your game working again without having to actually re-install it.

Good luck! (and your English is fine!)
