How do i install the BETA Edition mod for san andreas?

hi, recently i tried installing the beta edition mod for GTA san andreas but it kept crashing whenever i started a new game. i tried multiple tutorials going through the readme file and sum tutorials on youtube but it still was crashing. if you have a solution then pls share it with me. thanks
