I have the non Steam version 0.0.1.0 of GTAIV on PC and I cannot for the life of me figure out how I can upgrade it to something like 1.0.7.0 so I can use CLEO. I have tried Rockstar's website but of course they don't have it since it's an old game now, and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Before posting this I did search "GTAIV Title Update" in the search bar but found nothing too informative. If anyone has any information I would appreciate your input. Thanks.
