Modded gta san andreas has glitchy textures when I enable 90's AVP reborn car modpack

I have currently installed CLEO, ASI, GInput, SkyGFX, modloader, III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster, Fastman92's limit adjuster, VehFuncs, IndieVehicles, ImVehFt, Traffic & Travel, MixSets, 90's AVP reborn  and Windowed Mode mods. I've adjusted the limits in fastman limit adjuster's ini and the game loads fine(It took me a while to change the values to make the game work properly and not crash). When I load the game the textures won't load even though I can walk and drive just fine, is there a fix to this issue?

Off course that happen because you install too much mods. Try to remove one of that Limit Adjuster mods or install some memory fix mods.
