Take the main north/south coastal road towards the port, then one or two turns past the ice cream factory go right... that takes you to a crossroads with yellow markings, turn right again and it's along there. Took me a while to find it again when I went looking for it to buy after finding it by accident the first time. A helicopter may be the easy way to get there before you have the icon after you buy it... cruise around near the airport and look for it on the ground.
