Need help with 2 urgent issues GTA5

Thx for checking, ok i just bought this game, and the 2nd time i booted it up i received a warning that the main installation folder had changed and that i could get banned.......i just got this game and it's threatening me with being banned?,  for what?, i have changed nothing and furthermore i absolutely detest cheating,  so at this point i am furious, looiking to get answers about this bs warning but even though it's called a "social club" i find no way of posting a thread like i have done here, or even replyong to an y other thread, the support topics are also irrelevant to this or the other issue, what makes these idiots think they already know all the possible reasons for wanting support? are the psychic, or simply arrogant?

 

Secondly whilst the game booted up and will at the moment function online, me a bud were connected via discord and trying to add each other as friends onn GTA5, but no matter what we tried to do it was impossible as was trying to send a message, it was as if we never sent it, and this happend to us both, again i wanted support with this issue but there is no way that i can find on the so called social club.......honestly this so called service is a total pathetic joke, and i'm thinking of getting a refund, if only i knew a way how...
