Was weather affected by Halloween not only in freemode but in contact missions, heists(especially Cayo Perico), adversary modes?

I spend whole day running around wearing alien costume in freemode sessions and forgot to check other gamemodesg. Can someone answer my question, please?

i played some races and a couple of contact missions and they were normal.

 

my friend played some parachute missions and they had the inferno weather.
