Heist Month Kicks Off with Double Rewards on all Five Original Heists (4th November)

So i've had gta since 2017 when i got my OG xbox one, and never sat and played online that much because just not much you can do single on the multiplayer, did try one of Ms Baker's missions yesterday morning and went pretty well for randoms.  looking to get into the heists now and everything, sadly im only level 7 or 8 i believe on this account i am using,  spent about 20 minutes yesterday setting her up using a video i found on youtube to make her YUMMMMMMMMMMMMY.  but looking to start running with people as im done with solo play.  my hours are mostly in the morning from 8 am to around 12 in the noon.  tuesday morning im avaliable after 6 am and wednesday im pretty much good all night long from 11 pm or 12 pm. and rest of week its back down to 8 am to 12 in the noon.  really can not play during the day or the early evening as i work graveyard shift and am passed out by 12 30 or one pm.

 

throw me a message on here with your gamertag and i'll send you a friend add.  Have a penthouse and a fancy apartment to hang out in as well,  have the mic and will be watching some heist guides tonight at work because i work a job where i do a minimum of 20 minutes of actual real work in a 8 hour period.

Since R* changed and screwed us over with rag dolling us when jumping of the cliff the heist is not as fun! First times it happened I thought i did something wrong but now I know!

I had the most successful Prison Break heist last night.  Found a crew for us to knock out criminal mastermind.  We were able to do all setups and the finale with out a single restart or death on hard.  Two of the dudes had never finished Prison Break before.  Our time wasn’t the best.  We finished in 8 minutes and 8 seconds.  The key take away was that everyone listened.  I did demolition and covered the ground guys in the prison while talking them through it.  Then I told the velum guy to just get behind the jet and follow it around.  It worked flawlessly.

It's always nice having a Pilot that knows what he's doing so you can cover the Prison squad and cut down time(And eliminate chance of death)

Yep it was great.  I said just follow the jet, that easy.  Usually you tell someone that and next thing you see is that they died.

I'm hosting the OG heists from start to finish and the PB heist also went smooooth for me! 1st time go. 7:50...

 

Now Humane Labs has got me f*cked up though.

 

I just spent about an hour trying to do the finale. Really ugly mission fails watching Randumbs do everything wrong. Even going as far as AFK'ing 10 minutes into the mission.

 

I had gunners jumping out the Valkyrie to join the ground team and die parachuting. Ground team not equipping rebreathers. Thankfully thats over.

Ugh Humane I’m not looking forward to it.  Luckily the guys I’m with are capable and have been playing awhile.  We will see how it goes tonight.

What, you never got the one where the pilot fly away from helicopters and taking missiles as a result ?

 

The pilot must be aggressive and rush one helicopter before they gather, I even got good randoms who didn't do that during the Valkyrie prep.

Any reason why Prison Break is so popular?  I get there's one less setup,but the payout isn't the greatest.

It's also the first 4-players heist and one where nobody has a ridiculously simple task.

 

Not having the jet in the butt is not simple enough.

Finding the yellow circle is not simple enough.

Whatever the helicopter player must do is not simple enough.

Whatever problem the ground team has is not easily resolved (and is a general case accross all PvE modes I think) .

 

Note : fair for the prisonner player, ammo is always rare and the SMG doesn't have a good zoom.

Took this opportunity to complete all the heists in order on hard difficulty for an extra 1 million.. Only thing I forgot to do was switch the camera into 1st person mode for the heists. There is a possibility I can do all 5 over again in the next 3 daysbut Naaa I cant be that lucky!

 

Fingers crossed for Doomsday x2 next week.

I don't think it's popular but a lot of people are stuck at it and try over and over again.

But is it really popular? Or is it just the first one where people get stuck on it, and need to send the most invites for?

For most new players, passing Fleeca is beginner's luck as you only need to find one competent player instead of 3.

In my opinion, Series A is easier than Prison Break. (feel free to quote me on that and disagree)

You just don't see that many people playing it, because they are either stuck on Prison Break / Humane Raid, or they have already passed it and are playing Pacific Standard.

All that doesn't mean Prison Break is popular, or Series A isn't. Most people only go back to Pacific Standard after passing Prison Break and Series A.

I almost never get invited for Pacific Standard, doesn't mean it isn't popular. It just means they have found a crew before the game sends me an invite.

In fact, Pacific Standard is so popular, a lot of hosts can afford to kick me from the job, even from the setups, or launch it without player saved outfits, only for me to leave at the planning screen, and they don't care.

Personally I'm not in it for the money, thanks to Bogdan and Rubio, so I ignore Pacific Standard for the most part, and concentrate on getting people past their prison break.

EMP delivery had me messed up last night. I completely forgot how to run through it because I haven’t done it in such a long time.  We got it figured out though.

 

They really should do 2X on OG heists more often.  It gets some many more people willing to do them and to help out.

Yeah, lol. Easily done TBH. So much in this game now.

 

I think we'll see the panther statue with 2x on secondary loot for Cayo, and diamonds with maybe extra on the daily safe loot in the casino. Can't see either get a full 2x, though if they do, that's be pretty mental.
