Thought Id jump back on, do the final few online achievements, a do some quick easy jobs to get to rank 100, currently at Level 90.

How wrong was I! CEO isnt even a thing, I still have all the heists to do, spend 8m on the vehicles from the update (only have $1.2m :()

We definitely take it for granted how good we have it now, cant even spawn in the Buzzard, i have to call Pegasus and go collect it myself!

First thing I noticed too was how badly this version has aged! Having said that, the mini map and main one on pause menu look loads better as they have some colour!

 

If anyone else wants to go don memory lane, let me know, im online!

Fair warning, these old gen versions of online are due to be closed off by R*. IIRC, mid-December is when it'll happen and from then on you'll have to upgrade to play on (though you'll have to start over as there's no transferring your account anymore).

Yeah 16th December. Managed to find another copy of GTA as i was missing Disc 2.

On the One X, i level 650-something with 70-something million so going back its a massive shock!

I missed out to move them to ps4 back before they closed it but they had a good run.

I made a challenge a while back when a few on here were complaining how hard it is to make $$ to go back to the ps3/360 and start from scratch, I’ll hook up my 360 just to go back and see how it was and spend the cash I saved on that account although I already know it’ll be just for laughs as there’s literally nothing to do but pvp as all the free roam events are gone.

its definitely dying, i cant connect to jobs unless i get sent an invite. solo public each time is good but totally useless at this stage. if i get an error trying to change session/join a job i have to quit to dash and load in again. thankfully ive found a group on TA to do heists with and an afk mode to get any final rp needed to tick over 100.

 

edit - and people say theres nothing to do on RDO!
