These maps were made for the mobile versions, so, the in-game photos at the bottom look really outdated. If memory serves right, I have these exact maps folded up and untouched in my PS2 GTA boxes. I don't remember the gta3 map having the same background as in the image posted but I remember the circles on the map vividly. Nonetheless, it's a great find. There's actually a ton of interesting content over there, to the point of being downright comparable with GTANet's fansites, but the community does look like it's seen better days activity-wise... I barely surfed other GTA fansites, other than to download mods back in the days. This site was the readily-available one in google. The rest has downscaled these hi-res maps.
